That is where personas come in, they are a semi-fictional representation of your ideal customer, built on research and real data about your existing customer/service user base. Personas typically include demographic information, behaviour patterns, motivations, goals, and challenges which enables us to understand how your audience thinks, what they care about, and what motivates them to get in touch with you.
